All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.

• Please do not mail, email or fax originals of online orders as this may result in duplicated despatches and charges
• All prices displayed on the Wave Up Water website are in Australian Dollars and exempt of GST.  Go-Fresh Int. may vary the prices on this website at any time.
• No orders will be dispatched until full payment has been received.
• Payment by Paypal in Australian dollars only.
• All orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days or order, subject to availability. If products are not available at time of order you will be notified and given the option of back ordering.
• An order can only be cancelled prior to the items being dispatched from the warehouse.   Contact us directly to arrange cancellation and refund.
• Go-Fresh Int. will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Go-fresh will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. Where delivery is delayed, Go-Fresh Int. will notify you as soon as possible.
• In the rare case the goods are faulty or damaged you can make a claim by sending evidence in the form of a video or photo via email to admin@go-fresh.com.au within 48hrs of delivery.  Claims outside of this period will be at the discretion of Go-fresh Int. and the customer will be responsible for the postage costs to return the goods.
